Does anyone have a cost for NMZ 99att/str/def with Dharok using $0.1 per hr Prime script from 70/70/70?

Depends entirely on the setup you'll be using (as well as the bosses). I haven't worked it out exactly but assuming an average of ~80k exp/hr (you can get higher or lower) it's around $15 per 99 melee skill. Ranged is much faster as with blowpipe you can expect ~120k/exp hour.

If I remember correctly, @Party said it costs ~$15 per skill to level up to 99. Correct me if I'm wrong though =D

It probably works out at less than that, as at 90+ melees you can get about 100k exp/hour in each of the skills.

Bosses - Count Draynor, Bouncer, Khazard, Tree Spirit, Kendal.

I am assuming it might be somewhere around $38 then. This means around 380 hrs for all 3 skills. I am going to be leveling strength to 99 all the way, then attack to 99, then def. to 99. Or should I keep strength and attack within a certain range of each other for max efficiency?

I think it's best to go down that route yeah, when I did it I want to like 80-80-80 then went for 99 strength
