With double XP coming up I think it would be really cool if this could solve dungeons until it hit an unsupported boss/puzzle in which case it could notify the user with a message. This would allow training dung while keeping interaction minimal and easy.

My backup flash drive got broken... don't have the script bot anymore. I have a older version that kinda works but it is now going to take alot longer than regularly anticipated.

Did you use GIT? If not, I'd strongly suggest having your code in the @Cloud

That's really inspiring and fully on topic, do proceed.

Didn't think I need to go in more depth, but here you go.....

I REALLY hope you continue to work on this even though losing progress could such be such of a motivation killer. Was really looking forward to this script bot as it definitely would be one of the more advanced scripts bots on RM, along with that it trains one of the skills I see as boring and long.

Private gists, or an svn repo would be good friends with you.

or dropbox because bitbucket requires you to press an extra button

If you integrate Dropbox or Google Drive into your computer file system, you can set your IDE workspace to be in Dropbox/Google Drive so it's automatically backed up. Syncing across multiple devices is tricky, but manageable.

That's all right but then there's no file change committing. So you don't actually manage code changes. Just the here is the whole file back up.

Remember to save the progress you have in the future...

Anyways anything new? Plans for an ETA on a BETA?

We provide a free private SVN to all interested developers. Losing code should be a thing of the past.

They both have their place. Git is overkill for most projects imho.

That might be right, I just like it more than svn since you can more easily branch and more easily make sure WHAT you update where (that'd be from a webdevelopment point of view).

Git is very useful when the collaboration level is high and multiple working copies have to be maintained. That is rarely the case in the botting scene.

Well guys, I am making the script bot again... Remade entire thing and doing some heavy stress testing on complexity 4, I am not going to do anything else until I get a full prestige completely done by the bot, and at the moment it is 34 floors for a full prestige. Also approaching 1 year anniversary of this thread... lol and too be honest I have only done like 3 months of work in total on this script bot, and have had the entire project deleted and fully reworked.
