Haha, I'm too idealist to ever mention anything of the sort.
It's a phrase by U.S. President Teddy Roosevelt which, in my interpretation, describes well how one should behave socially. Be humble and softspoken, yet also strive to bring skills to the table - becoming a positive influential force.
Of course, Teddy Roosevelt meant it in a decidedly more militaristic way. But I only realized that afterwards
