Accounts I always play on get banned fairly quickly is there some precautions?
Is proxy a must??
Do I have a lesser rate of being banned if the account is member?

I always suspected they held something interesting there about the user but I never analysed it, care to elaborate?

well it worked for me before i did that i was getting banned almost every week at the best now i botted a 120 main

I'd use a private VPN, delte your jagex cache (as the other guys said) - and depending on how you make your accounts, spread it out over more emails.. hotmail/outlook/gmail etc. that's worked out well for me, and obviously use low pop servers.
