Bug Failed to bind to the game client because of an Exception

I've uninstalled Java and let RuneMate install a version.
I have uninstalled, restarted, manually installed 32bit Java and Runemate, restarted but still fails.

Win 7 Pro
4GB RAM
VirtualBox VM
NordVPN

Are there any workarounds?

EDIT: Error changes to 'FAILED TO BIND TO VIRTUAL MACHINE BECAUSE OF A AGENTINITIALIZATIONEXCEPTION' if I log my character in manually.
