Question How do I get the main center panel to scroll the full length of the bot's stuff?

In several of the bots I use, I can't see all the settings or buttons because they are too tall. I can't see the bottom of some of the bots. I just want to be able to scroll all over the place, regardless of my aspect ratio, (1366 x 768) but I can't and I feel like I must be missing something. Since windows 10 makes it hard to choose a radically different screen resolution, I had to rotate my screen to go longways so I could check some boxes. This obviously isn't a good solution, and so I'm wondering what I need to do to get it to easily work.
