F2p woodcutting, fishing and mining have really high ban rates.

You just answered your own question. Popular things like that in F2p are highly bannable doesn't matter how good Runemate is, it's pretty obvious to tell from a bot or not in a chicken pen.
You won't get banned if you do a quest a day, a quest a day keeps the ban hammer away.
I bot 10 hours + a day and haven't got banned yet. Just got to be smart about how you do your business.
