1. Thats not a csv file.
2. The tutorial you followed states no bank pin as "0000", not "Na".
3. I have the feeling you did not follow the tutorial at all.

1.csv files are converted to excel on my computer and runemate does not let me post excel files.
2,No I tried both but when I entered it runemate client said " if no bank pin put NA"
3. I followed it, and unless you have some reason evidence that I did not, then do not acuse me

And how is anyone trying to help supposed to get all this information from your first post?

You genuinely couldn't work it out by trying yourself? Or at least a quick Google search?

The format is:

alias,login-name,login-password,pin

If the account doesn't have a bank pin, then pass NA

eg:

account1,[email protected],password1,1234
account2,[email protected],password2,NA
account3,[email protected],password3,1234
account4,[email protected],password4,1234
