I'm quite sure that they do flag IP's because I've had accounts on the same IP botting at different times and they get banned so much faster like within hours and when I changed my IP I hardly ever get caught till like a month later than I just change it again

I've never changed my IP, ever, since I've had the ISP I have now. I've used many bots over the past year or 2, and have had lots of accounts banned. However, I also have had lots of accounts not banned, even some that run multiple 40/hr+ sessions at a time. They still aren't banned. So if they DO flag IPs, they're doing it wrong.

You do realize, that your ISP runs on dhcp which, is a giant pool of IP address that will dynamically change?
