Good night, since yesterday my account on runemate have been teeling me that im already having an instance of a bot running when i'm not, the really saddest part is that its counting the hours, it happened after i suffered a blackout, i thought that well at least for a few minutes it will be locked but it has been almost 13 hours counting on the service grafics and i havent even use one, please to anyone who concerns, would it be posible to restart my instances so i can start a new one and reset the hours since yesterday? Its a shared network right here on the house, i mean we are, my brother, my mom, my dad, and me. But i tried everything i reseted the modem, i restarted my pc, and nothing.
I am seeing multiple RuneMate accounts under your IP address. If you have a family member who uses RuneMate, any hours they use will combine on your account. Furthermore, if they run an instance or two from their end, it will count against your available instances too.
