Introducing Market Reputation

Introducing Market Reputation, a new way to manage vouches and trader reputation on the RuneMate markets.

What is it?
A formal way to post feedback on other forum users for market transactions.

What about my vouches before this trader reputation was enabled?
You could encourage your previous customers to place a vouch on the new system, letting them know it will benefit them also as it will increase their reputation too.

You may continue to use your vouch threads to promote your current listings, however we encourage you to use the new system moving forward.

How do I use it?
After a transaction has taken place, simply visit the user's profile page, and add your feedback accordingly.

How do I view my feedback?
Visit your feedback dashboard.

Can I report fraudulent or fake feedback?
As per our market rules, all trades are done at your own risk. However, RuneMate staff may review cases at our discretion.​

How do I give someone feedback?
1. Visit the user's profile you wish to give feedback to.

2. Click on the "Feedback Stats" tab




3. Click on "Add Feedback"




4. Add your feedback, choosing if you were the buyer or seller and type of feedback. Submit your feedback when finished.
