so i used runemate flawlessly 3 months ago took a break got new computer played rs powerbot all .. so i want to start runemate and i choose the bot the account hit start instance but after that i see the loading circle and then i get to see the same screen again where i should hit start instance so it wont load the bot
Which bot are you using? Try a different one. Also go to Help->View logs and post the contents of the latest one (for spectre, not game)

You're correct, you need 32 bit because jagex forces runescape to use 32 bit and the client needs to use what the game is using. Uninstalling java and runemate and then reinstalling should fix the issue. Runemate will install the correct java for you.

I said uninstall java? As long as you make sure the environment variables are set to use the 32 bit one it shouldn't be an issue.
