Kept starting the bot and it would deposit my inventory and logout when trying to make addy plates. I believe it's because the bars in game are actually Adamantite Bar and not Adamant Bar. I tried it with mithril bars and it worked just fine.

If the bot said adamant then you'd be right. Good catch, thank you. I'll push a fix soon :)

Does it deposit all or deposit platebodies and then deposit bars? If it's using deposit all that's actually fine because either way it has to withdraw more bars

It's depositing the platebodies then the remaining addy bars and then withdrawing all addy bars. That middle step is very unnatural.
