i have started this a few times now and its keeps taking the price of my first hour then says i need wrath runes and leaves even though im using a shadow

Are you sure you're running this bot? This bot doesn't even restock for any combat runes at all, let alone wrath runes. It only grabs nats/fires if you have alch enabled or cosmic/blood/fires if you have thralls enabled
