I don't have an account with a gem bag, but I didn't think they dropped anything worthwhile (maybe if you could have unlimited storage)

It isn't dropping them on it owns, it's alching them
If you don't want it to alch them, you can use a custom alch list and remove it. If it's dropping them, then that's your custom drop list not the bot

They're very common and going to fill up your inventory though. They're also objectively very useless
