When I start a bot with Spectre, my mouse seems to lag and judder very slightly every two seconds or so. It's highly annoying.
I did make a video of this, but because of the framerate of the video capture the difference is virtually imperceptible. However, @Savior and @proxi have been able to reproduce this, so I'm fairly sure it's not specific to my computer.

I went ahead and downloaded the new update to test out. My FPS actually still drops, it seems to completely lock at 24FPS, however my mouse is completely fine.

Yes, after the first bot is ran on the selected client, that client is then limited to a certain FPS even if the bot is stopped.
