I've spent the last 4 days trying to bot and kept getting this error. So i decided to mess around with the settings a bit and found i was using an outdated Sock proxy! I removed the proxy and the bot started right up :). Sorry if someone found this before, or if this is in the wrong section.

@Cloud can we distinguish the proxy failing to connect error message from the general connection error? @Jack Nic thanks for the feedback and idea.

I'm having this exact error, but I don't use proxies.. Any ideas?

It works sometimes, like last night I got a good session of botting in but when I went to start it up for the day it gives me "Cannot connect to servers."

If your not using proxies, try resetting your winsock.
If that also didn't help, try changing your DNS.
