Resolved Paid for credits and didnt get anything

    I just paid and still haven't being credited can someone please look into it

    As far as I know, it can take up to 24 hours for Paypal to process your payment.

    That’s never happened. Usually I pay I get credited instantly within a minute

    As @RobinPC said, there can be delays.

    The payment system is fully automated, as soon as RuneMate receives your payment, your account is immediately upgraded.

    If your account has not been upgraded, it means RuneMate hasn't received your payment. Contact your bank and/or PayPal and ask why the transaction has not processed.
