Resolved Paid for credits and didnt get anything

As @RobinPC said, there can be delays.

The payment system is fully automated, as soon as RuneMate receives your payment, your account is immediately upgraded.

If your account has not been upgraded, it means RuneMate hasn't received your payment. Contact your bank and/or PayPal and ask why the transaction has not processed.
