Resolved Payment problem

    I was botting pest control yesterday using the divine void script bot but promptly exited after less than an hour. When I attempted to stop the bot i got an error mentioning a handshake I believe. The bot had stopped running, but I log in today and find that it charged me an additional 3 hours of runtime.

    Yeah. Handshake errors are client related, from my experience they happen when you lose internet connection and try to press the stop button.

    Also I know there was a problem with running premium bots and stopping them, but still being charged if the client was up. Not sure if that could've been the case here

    So, when can I be refunded for those 3 hours the bot was not running?
