Prime Runespan will get you 99 runecrafting and furthermore a versality of rewards for less than the price of a toaster!

No setup is required, a well-conceived algorithm will always select the most efficient node/monster to siphon from on your island, while keeping a sufficient amount of essence stocked up.

For lower levels I recommend using large island because of the high amount of mid-level node spawns, on high levels you should go on small islands where a few high-level nodes spawn.

What is the break handler time based off? It got to the running time that the break handler says it would break and didn't.

Yes, breakhandlers are designed for people who can't take the breaks themselves because they are at work or something. I suggest you take breaks yourself by stopping the bot and restarting it after a certain amount of time.
