Was training at Lustrous energy, came back after a couple hours to find the bot stuck on the second floor of the slayer tower. Was viewing from teamviewer so runescape window was black and I couldn't view what it had been doing before. The logs don't contain anything past closing the treasure hunter interface.

Luckily this is the first bug I've encountered from 10-74.
