I need a refund, your bot started then instantly errored and withdrew money.
I am so absolutely over this happening, and I normally let it go but I am actually sick of this bot because it always happens.
Refund asap and I wont be using it anymore

Please report the issue and request a refund in the correct place: QuickCrafter PRO
 
Providing the bot log will also help validate the issue. Help > View Logs from the RuneMate main menu.

Where is the right place?
Not trying to be rude but I even searched for refund forum posts and nothing came up
Why is it so hard to find information relating to refunds when bots seem to screw up and not work yet still takes money?

I linked it in my previous post. Also if your log has the text "RemoteException" can you try stopping your RuneScape client, starting RuneMate, and then opening a new RuneScape client?

Ok thank you worked it out lol.
It does mention RemoteException and I did restart my runescape client multiple times but the error is consistent.

Also, why do you allow bots to even charge for use if its broken?
Surely a system can be implemented where a bot wont charge until one or two minutes have passed where the bot is running successfully, so in the case of an instant error you don't get billed for it.
