I need a refund, your bot started then instantly errored and withdrew money. I am so absolutely over this happening, and I normally let it go but I am actually sick of this bot because it always happens. Refund asap and I wont be using it anymore

Where is the right place? Not trying to be rude but I even searched for refund forum posts and nothing came up Why is it so hard to find information relating to refunds when bots seem to screw up and not work yet still takes money?
I linked it in my previous post. Also if your log has the text "RemoteException" can you try stopping your RuneScape client, starting RuneMate, and then opening a new RuneScape client?

Surely a system can be implemented where a bot wont charge until one or two minutes have passed where the bot is running successfully, so in the case of an instant error you don't get billed for it.
