I changed my manifest from knn Herb Cleaner to knn Herblore, and I figured that the old bot would be removed. It wasn't so can staff remove it please Is there a way for me to do this myself or do I just have to request when I want a bot removed?
You can request deletion yourself. Because there's two different bots with 2 different user counts that would suggest there's two internal ID's being used. To remove the unwanted bot, make a new manifest using the internal ID that links to the unwanted bot, set the <access> tag to "hidden" and push that.
