Process will go as follows: Use tp to house (using setting to start outside) Enter build mode Call servant Request 24 buckets of sand from inventory with option 1 Build zen garden theme option 1 Delete zen garden theme option 1 (Butler will come back) build zen garden option 1 Talk to butler option 1 Delete zen garden option 1 Talk to butler to request 24 buckets of sand option 1 Build zen garden option 1 Delete zen garden option 1 Build zen garden option 1 Wait for butler (can try to delete but will most of the time get interupted) Delete zen garden option 1 Build zen garden option 1 Delete zen garden option 1 Build zen garden option 1 Delete zen garden option 1 Take portal nexus to grand exchange Click bank Withdraw 8 pink dye and 8 nice bagged tree's Repeat 3 more times on 4th time refresh the 8 pink dyes and nice bagged tree's first then deposit the 4 watering cans (0) and withdraw 4 more watering cans (8) Required stats: 65 construction. Required quests: The hand in the sand required for buying pink dye and medium Varrock diary for grand exchange tp. Required items: 8 pink dye, 8 nice bagged plants, 6 buckets of sand with noted buckets of sand, law runes with dust battlestaff or rune pouch with home tele runes, 4 watering cans (8), a portal nexus with grand exchange unlocked. Other notes: With using an ahk script bot to just right click and select I achieved 200k xp/hr (for a full hour) construction and farming at the same time (so 400k xp/hr combined). Method is also about 9gp/hr or less depending on how you get supplies. Only issue with supplies is pink dye is only obtained 1 at a time from vendor in port sarium (can get about 27 every 2 mins with eternal glory). This method would theoretically get 217-220k xp/hr in both skills with perfect ticks or about 4.8- 5.28mil con + farming xp/day; giving this method the fastest way to level up farming from lev 1! Would love it if someone made this as a private bot and let me have access to it for giving up this insane method, but if not would still love to see it come true.
