not able to load accounts or connected to runmate cloud when logging in. was able to yesterday. dont really understand why the problem today.

 

so i just paid for supporter rank and whenever i try to run (ANY) bot i get an unhandled error message please help? i cant bot at all any help is much appreciated

You download the Runemate client and just run it everytime you want to start botting.

 

I CANNOT FIX THIS TRIGGERED UTFDATAEXCEPTION!!! I HAVE TRIED EVERY FIX POSSIBLE... logs are posted below... please someone end my suffering, have not been able to bot in a week now.....

I have no idea how to fix my format like you are asking lol and secondly I don't think I'm using any sort of VPN/Proxy. Could the issue be that I'm not using a vpn/proxy and I should be? and if so how do I go about setting one up

 

Hello, really need some help with the bot. It says I have used my 300 hours this month when I have used none this month and only used 188 last month. Wont let me run any scripts bots or anything. Is there a solution to this problem or do I have to make a new account?

 

Tried to logging into the client and it just loads and never logs in. Before that it didn't show any of my accounts or bots and wasn't working. All together now, I just can't login and I can't sync my accounts and bots. It happened right after the update.

 

Help me please?
I'm getting the error "Failed to locate an existing game cache for RuneScape 3". I'm running windows and it used to work on my computer. I dont know why it's not working anymore. My laptop runs it fine, also windows. I have uninstalled both RuneMate and RuneScape multiple times to no avail. I have checked the names of the Jagex folders on my laptop and they are as follows:

Users>(username)>jagexcache

and

C:> .jagex_cache_32

I cant look at my PC at the moment as I'm at work but can someone tell me where I'm going wrong? I dont understand why I am getting the Mac OS error on my windows PC?

i'm not sure if this has been answered.. But, everything is going right except when I get logged in the bots don't actually work. They just look around sometimes, other times they don't even do that. I've been trying to fix this for hours not sure what to do. I've tried with 3 different bots all did the same thing.

 

OSRS UPDATE HAS BROKEN RUNEMATE FOR OSRS. PLEASE BE PATIENT WHILE WE WORK TO RESOLVE IT.

Been broken since wednesday or thursday, can't really remember. But it will be fixed, so you just have to be patient.
