    Hey.

So I just had a 5 second powercut, no idea why but we did. I turn my machine back on, and it now can't run RuneMate? I tried launching it from a bat also, and the bat just closes. So I ran the bat in cmd to find out exactly what the error message is and I get this...

    C:\Users\XXXX\Documents>java -jar -Xmx1536m RuneMate.jar
Error occurred during initialization of VM
Could not reserve enough space for 1572864KB object heap

Has the powercut fried my RAM or something? RAM still seems to be okay, and still displays in my system information etcetera. Thanks in advance for the help!

I would run a system check on your computer. The only reason the powercut would fry your computer is if lightning struck the powerline, and even then it's not a guarantee. Normally if it fries the computer it sparks and the computer won't respond. Run some tests, try playing runescape in the browser/client, try other games, and just try normal operations with the computer. If they won't work, then you might need to have your computer inspected.

6 shutdowns later, and we're running again. Phew.
