No they're not? They'd be decent starter mains. Not sure of a price though, i don't do account sales.

Considering they're RS3 based it is very easy to bot to those combat stats.

If I would give them a PC it'd be $5 maximum

But he wants a username skiller which costs a lot more.

Doesn't matter. It's less effort for the user, so they will pay for it. Might not be much, but they're definitely not worthless, or next to. $5-10 can buy a meal you know.
