@Timepiece can you go to C:\Users\YOU\RuneMate\cache and zip up all the .rm files and send it to Cloud and me please?

This error is related to being unable to access certain biometrics which are stored on our server.

I find it odd that some queries would be blocked, but not others since he is obviously logged in.
