You're a supporter now. I'd suggest you click the services tab on here to check if you have gotten more hours

It still says that I cant bot in the client because the usage limit has been reached. I did restart it and it still doesnt work.

The services does say I have 298 hours left.

Please help.
 
Can someone please tell me how to fix this?
I paid $3 and it is not working for me. On the website it says I have 298 hours but the client says I reached the usage of 60 minutes per 7 days.
Please help.

You're probably using a 'LITE' bot that limits your usage. Not your supporter hours. What bot are you using?

Supporter allows you to run bots for up to a set number of hours per month and run Supporter bots. The free versions of paid bots may have their own restrictions.

Supported is used to upgrade the hours you can use bots for. But some bots have limited usage hours because they have a premium version, which does give you unlimited hours (up until your supporter hours run out, that is).

To use the premium bot, you have to buy credits. You pay an x amount of cents per hour.

Supporter = Lets you run bot for more than 200 hours a month, and more than 2x instances at once.

Premium bot credits = Lets you run premium bots which charge per hour. This is additional to the supporter payment.
