Well I yesterday I hit my max hours on the client which I don't know how considering my new month starts on the 3rd but that's besides the point. I tried to upgrade my account and it makes me log into paypal twice which seems a little sketchy but I go through the process and it keeps saying the my card is declined which is weird considering I just used it to get gas and buy a game on xbox. I called my bank and nothing is shut down so Idk know what is going on. Any help is appreciated.

Log out from PayPal and try again.

If you're having issues with paypal you should be getting help from paypal...

I dont don't think logging out and logging in would help because it makes me log in twice. Ive never had a problem with paypal on this site before because in always putting money in my wallet on here.
 
Well to my amazement my card got declined today getting food. and the lady that I talked to yesterday said that everything was fine on my account. today I called and they said my card was shut down. Its an error with my bank....
