The Premier Club is an enhanced membership subscription available roughly during December–January, from 2012 onwards.

Isn't the Premier Club an option from Jagex? Inwhich what i mean is, no you can not change your Supporter status on RuneMate for Premier Club, RuneMate is not associated with Jagex.

If i am reading what your asking correctly this is the answer you can expect. (IMO)
