Around March 17th my Usage quota was used up, so i decided to increase the amount. The extra hours were added to my existing amount, yesterday i received the notification that my usage quota was at its maximum. Also, its showing my usage from February 27th and not from March 17th when i purchased more hours.

Starting to think maybe only the difference was added? I had 512/500 hours used about, so when I purchased $6 worth it put me at 1112/600. is it that for just that moment it appeared as 1112, but in reality, only 100 hours was added, so the difference of 600/500? and in reality i only had an extra 100 hours and not the 600 i was thinking?

Hi I need some help in regards to a hour bug as well. short story I used my 200hrs 9 days ago after getting home from work, somehow I used 205/200 hrs when I turned it off, next day it says 204/200, next day 203/200, next day 202/200, next day 201/200, but from here it never changes from 201/200 been stuck like this for 5 days, the 200hr hrs should have been for the month of feb. no? do I not get 200/hrs free/month, I didnt mean to break it lol
