Bug Wallet Issues

Recently brought $5 of wallet credit, been using ApexCrabber on DMM. Been having problems with the script stopping but I keep getting charged (usually from being killed).

Another example was the script glitched out and ran outside an area after 2 hours, and I got charged for 8.

Not sure if someone can check my log, but probably used 15-20 hours and got charged for 50.

I realise this is a script specific issue so if I can get a partial refund I can make sure this doesn't happen again, when I buy some more credit (no need to change the script, I found another one that's fine).

Worth pming the author or posting on his bot thread. It's unlikely Proxi will see this.

If you are having issues with individual bots, please post in the appropriate forum thread and report the bug to the Bot Author so they can fix it.

Why am I charged every time I start an instance?
Upon starting the bot you will be charged for the first hour of use. If you only run the bot for 30 minutes, you will still have been charged for the full hour. If you stop the bot manually and restart it, you will be charged again. If the bot breaks, doesn't work or you are overcharged and you feel as though you deserve a refund, post in the relevant forum thread for the bot you are using, providing supporting evidence (eg: how the bug occurred and log files) and it is at the author's discretion whether they refund you.

No response from the author, how can I persue this?
Basically, there is nothing you can do. From the FAQ :
"If the bot breaks, doesn't work or you are overcharged and you feel as though you deserve a refund, post in the relevant forum thread for the bot you are using, providing supporting evidence (eg: how the bug occurred and log files) and it is at the author's discretion whether they refund you."

I'm curious what you mean by multiple channels. I only see a DM here on the forums.

Anywho, please zip up all of your log files and DM them to me on here or discord and I'll be more than happy to look through them.
Just a heads up, I'll only be refunding sessions where the bot glitched for some reason. I will not be refunding sessions where the bot was started/stopped repeatedly.
