Bots are like drugs. Most are alright, a couple with a few dangers but as long as you know what you're doing and be smart about it you won't end up dead (banned). Have a break every couple hours if you're anal. I just bot 12 hours on one account then 12 hours on a next. Rinse and repeat.

Runemate on its own has a very low banrate.
Just think about it, if you don't look like a botter or if you don't bot on a place that is famous for botters, your good.
