Was running a bot yesterday and noticed that my money was going down faster than it should be, I checked the payment log and I can see where it was charging me double the amount of money for an hour I have no idea why. Can someone help me out and check it for me and refund me the double charged moeny. Thanks

Did you run a bot on multiple accounts or have you restarted it several times?

When you stop and restart a bot you have to pay again for another hour.

Are you serious? How does that make any sense? Did I use the the bot for two hours when I restarted it? No I didn't. Is there anyone on skype I can contact ?? If that's the case I'm done with runemate

When you start an instance you can run the bot for one hour until you are being charged again. Stopping the bot and restarting it is on you. When the bot crashed and therefore ended your hour prematurely, contact the bot author for a refund of that hour.

Nowhere have I seen on this site has it stated anything along the lines of what you just said, I just says the price per hour. If I didnt run the bot for two hours then why I am being charged it.

Not intending to start an argument here, you are being charged for every hour you start using. Once you stop a session, the hour you paid for is over as well. Simple as that.

"you start using" - does it say that anywhere on the website because I have to be missing it. How is that fair when I haven't used the bot for two hours? I don't understand

I think something similar happened to me too. Ran a premium bot for 1:55 hours and then stopped session. Noticed that I was getting charged for 3 hours of usage even though I did not go over. Realistically, I should've been charged for two hours of usage. I think OP shares a similar story, not sure.

You ran it for 2 hours, and were charged for 32 hours? Seems somewhat far-fetched.

Do you have skype or discord?

This is the last time RuneMate gets anymore of my money.
