This is my first time using runemate and everytime i try starting it the client gets stuck on "downloading game", what do I do?
How long have you left it running when this comes up? What's your internet speed? It could possibly be a firewall issue.
I have been leaving it for 2 hours, and my internet speed is 30mb down so i dont think thats the problem. I also disabled my norton firewall but its still not doing anything.
Try disabling windows firewall as well if it was active. What country are you in? Can you load the game from the runescape client fine?
