Hello, I would like to start off saying I haven't played runescape in 8 years, so much has changed.

I'd like to get the full experience so I'm going to try grind to bond, before you say just buy it I have priorities spending money, I'm on a budget and I rather spend it on: gym, diet and supplements.

Therefore, I appreciate if you didn't just troll comment, so I tried to look up some threads but they are quite old so I wanted to see if stuff changed.

My question to you is what do you recommend me to do to make money, obviously using a free bot.

Just some suggestions would be nice.

get to lvl you can make sapphire rings, could have a bond fast

I had a bot running for 2 days straight spinning flax I bought from the GE and I didn't get banned, have done the same thing for atleast 15 hour sessions a few times since then as well. whenever I for whatever reason cannot play myself I just run something simple like making longbows or bow strings all day

Idk if anyone has posted it but i highly suggest u look into this guide has alot of useful information for bots most of them are pro bots but they have free versions for most of them as a trial: OSRS - Very long guide on how to make a high end OSRS main without ban

That is interesting, you used the free version of flax picking? How much money did you roughly make in those 2 days running flax?
