I've had Premium bots crash. usually because I've been running a long session, or I may have neglected to have certain items in inventory. I've wasted at least 20% of my purchased balance on these. and Majority of the bots where closed within the first 60 seconds of starting them. why is runemate so money hungry? I came from Powerbot.org I could definitely go back.

Why don't you post on said bots thread, with a log file and detailed description of issue? Authors sometimes willing to refund if the problem wasn't from user error

That‘s rather a problem with the individual bots than with RuneMate
