Thats not inactive tho, he still logs in, and did you try discord?? Responding to a refund request is not required. Did you send a Direct message on the forums? did you provide log files? many many ways to reach out. This thread we are on now, is to report bots to be removed from the store since the author has not logged in for months and even longer without updates to bots.
The thread does not define active as what you said. It doesn't define it at all. Your definition of active is far different from mine. I do not consider someone just logging into a site to be active. Active would be responding to refund requests, bot reviews, posts in bot threads. Any form of forum activity other than just logging in so your last logged in date is updated.
And yes. I have provided capture of the log with the issue occurring in my refund request. No I have not reached out in Discord as I am not joining any botting discord. I shouldn't have to jump through hoops to get a response on an issue that multiple people have had and posted about.
The bot SHOULD be removed from the store until it gets fixed. People are using it to get the speedruns platinum for the graceful cosmetic and the bot is broken and does not complete that task. It charges a full 1 USD and breaks roughly 20 minutes into the usage of the bot (less if you have already done some speedruns yourself)
