This is why the refund system exists. But if there's an issue there's no need to be aggressive about it. Report the bug, post the log, request a refund. I would suggest trying a second run as well, sometimes if there's an issue the first time simply refreshing and starting again works.
I ran it multiple times bro, tried doing some parts myself myself but it constantly gets stuck trying to fillup the 2nd tab only reason i got aggressive is it's that buggy i dont know why it took so much money each time i ran it it looked like my balance was going down each time ...zzz i dont got the log im new to this bot . i could re run it watch it fail again and get it though

Thats because thats how runemate bills. Every time you start a bot you will be billed for an hour and then billed for another hour as soon as you hit the 1 hour mark. Not something bots have control over.

Thats okay, if its happening consistently for you I can try to reproduce it but seeing as it could be related to your specific set of items I may not be able to reproduce it. In that case I would need to borrow the account thats having issues to reproduce it on there, which if you're not comfortable doing thats totally fine, just might mean I cant fix the issue you're having
