I'm not 100% on this one as i haven't double checked, but i'm pretty sure in rs3 setting this to true makes it only step once you're so close to the current destination tile. Which seems to be what it should do. But in osrs it seems to just spam click the path.

OSRS definitely spams, but i'm only 90% sure that it doesn't spam for RS3. I'll check in the morning if required, but right now i'm off to bed.
