Hello. I could not open the bot using mac. I tried the solutions written but kept not opening. I have installed windows and the error persists. For now I can only see the icon. I asked for help but I did not have any influence other than to make fun of it. Mac and Windows also have the latest version of java installed. I can not open the standalone version or the normal client. only icon appears. can you help me?
