Increased delay after closing the bank to hopefully prevent the item tracking issues as the delay introduced last update doesn't appear to work for everyone

When starting a bot with level goals that have already been completed it will no longer attempt to start those activities before realizing they're finished
No longer interacts with the range a second time when the interface has just opened
No longer waits 2-3 seconds before interacting again after every level up
When changing locations the bank will be given a default value if you haven't changed it prior to changing the location
Fixed break end time always showing as 00:00:00 - Existing profiles will still be wrong but it's only visual. Any newly added/generated breaks will be correct
