lol, botting is faster when you 24/7 but even if you 24/7 did the account BY HAND you still would not even come close to those stats I don't care what you say. Honestly its not stupidity its the fact that not even the most efficient player in the game could get those stats in 168 hours(7 days)
I really don't understand, you think you can get 71 agility, 76 slayer, 70 smithing, and 73 mining in 168 hours? And the 168 hours is if you 24/7 played.
You know that level 60 in something sounds a lot but that it's really just like 200k exp, right? 60 mining is only like 4-5 hours.
Not really, that goes for RS3 yes but not for OSRS. Mining iron only requires 15 Mining and gets you about 35k exp when power mining from the start and around level 41+ you're nearing 50k exp. It's very easily doable.

Yes, but in this or another thread he states he plays 14 hours or more a day. It's far from impossible, just "hard".
When you are playing 14+ hours a day and maximizing the gainz without distraction you can do it. I will note that it really fucked me mentally and physically. I forgot to sleep, eat, etc.

You're exaggerating slightly, this looks like it would take a month or so. I tried getting the minimum skill levels for the quest cape playing 6-8 hours a day medium-high concentration and Im still nowhere near it. Plus some of the bosses need you to be a little bit higher in combat as they can be tricky. Been more than a week on osrs and most my stats are only 40+, let alone 60+
Sigh...I can prove it can be done in 3 days if there was a stake. This guy seriously has some problems. I did read lol and in the thread you said that getting quest cape has been a goal of yours ever since you started playing RS. Well considering you are selling a quest cape account on the market that means that the account you did quest cape on is that one. To get those stats it would take near 600+ hours.
