I only do 6 hours at a time with cuppa and have got 90 no problem.

I recommend turning off all bot camera movement, no turning to see obstacles, all of it off. And in the runelite camera settings change 'Expand outer zoom limit' to 200 and expand pitch limit enabled. Now you can zoom out and angle it directly above the obstacles and see all the obstacles without turning at all.
This is how most legit agility players do agi and the camera turning is probably a big give away since people will usually watch netflix or something while clicking the green rectangles.
