Good night, since yesterday my account on runemate have been teeling me that im already having an instance of a bot running when i'm not, the really saddest part is that its counting the hours, it happened after i suffered a blackout, i thought that well at least for a few minutes it will be locked but it has been almost 13 hours counting on the service grafics and i havent even use one, please to anyone who concerns, would it be posible to restart my instances so i can start a new one and reset the hours since yesterday?

Its a shared network right here on the house, i mean we are, my brother, my mom, my dad, and me.
But i tried everything i reseted the modem, i restarted my pc, and nothing.
