For iPowerfisher, I have no idea whether or not it has antiban. But what I hear from others, having "antiban" is bad because the antiban might form a pattern, which is no good

Humans sure have patterns, but you can't reproduce them to a human-like degree. It's best to just have a bot work flawlessly than to bother with stupid gimmicks.
Regarding mouse movements, that's already taken care of by the client itself with a system that is confirmed to be an effective measure against detection.
