Also, it's not smart to put your e-mail into a post on a public because bots who scrape the web tend to pick it up and use it to send you spam. To avoid that, you should PM your e-mail to people instead.
edit: The IPT site says there might be trouble sending to hotmail accounts. If you don't get it, check your spam, etc.

They don't affect botting or Runescape at all. They're invites for an unrelated torrenting website called IPTorrents.
